Impotence

Impotence refers to a man’s impossibility to have an erection. Impotence’s causes can be physical, as well as psychical, and the impotence’s degree varies from a slight loss of the penis’s rigidity to the total lack of erections.
What causes impotence?
The erection first starts at the mind level. When places, sounds, touches or thoughts result in sexual desire, the mind commands blood vessels from the penis to produce the penis’s irrigation with blood. Blood vessels relax, the blood invades the penis’s tissues and it expands its volume up to 7 times and thus, erection occurs. The blood continues to irrigate the penis as long as the man is excited or up to the moment when he ejaculates. Of course the entire process can stop at a certain time if the brain is not sending the right signals or, if the blood vessels cannot answer the man’s signals, it will be impossible for him to have an erection.
Thus, as you can see, this involves a good blood circulation, but, before reaching the penis, this passes through the pelvic muscles and, if they are all atrophiated or weakly developed, it’s natural that the blood vessels shall not respond to the mind’s signals, not to mention that the nervous fibers the sexual impulses run through are also affected in their own turn.
This problem can be solved through the KegelStrong trainings, since this provides the pelvic muscle tissues’ proper toning and vascularization.
